Company Profile

Established in 1998, RPT Software is located near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We build custom software solutions that enable our clients to increase revenues, use resources more efficiently, and gain a competitive advantage in their marketplace. The majority of our work is done using Microsoft Access, however we occasionally do work using other software development platforms such as SQL Server, Sharepoint or general web design.

Our Principal's Microsoft Access Consulting Credentials

Mark Andrews, the Principal of RPT Software and Senior Manager of our technical staff members, has thirteen years of MS Access consulting experience and 22 years of relational database and software development experience.

He has developed in the following program languages/environments: Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Oracle, ASP.NET, Active Server Pages, Visual C#, Visual Basic, Filemaker, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, Sharepoint 2003, 2007 and 2010, Borland Pascal, Lotus Notes, Excel, Various others….

He has served in various technical and management roles throughout his career (software engineer, senior software engineer, senior software architect, manger of software engineering, various others). The majority of his career was spent being the technical lead of large projects, (CRM systems, Intranets and Extranets, ERP, Sharepoint, Custom databases and programs etc...). His education includes an undergraduate and masters degree in computer science from University of Pittsburgh (GPA 3.9).
