I want to thank you helping us out. I came to you with nothing more than a rough idea of what my company wanted. After many phone conversations RPT Software delivered exactly what we were looking for.
We have implemented our new database company wide and the response is overwhelmingly positive! I know from this point forward we will be more productive because of the database system RPT created for us.
Anytime I needed to modify the database, Mark would either walk me through it over the phone (for free) or if it was too complicated for me, I would send the frontend and he would make the changes and send it back quickly. The whole process is quick and easy.
