RPT Software provided a tailored Access database solution for our budget-conscious volunteer organization. We were looking for the means to track information for students participating in our school’s marching band, and to maintain this information year to year for each student. Details included participation fee payments, student orders for performance apparel and uniform assignments including any necessary alterations.
The ideas sent to Mark were incorporated almost seamlessly into RPT Software’s proposed solution. Mark took the time to suggest function improvements, to help prioritize our needs and to present a prototype for review. Once the development was complete, Mark provided a walkthrough of the initial version deployment, and was on-call during the first weeks of use.
We have implemented an application that addressed our priorities and provides us with flexibility for the future.
